Mill Town Inn Bunk House

Next door to the Bed & Breakfast in an old stone building is the Bunk House featuring 8 twin beds, a gas fireplace, full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, complete with plates, pans, utencils, DirecTV, bathroom with shower, extra large kitchen table for those late-night card games. The Bunk House is great for large groups of hunters, fishermen, snowmobilers or ATV weekend riders, family gatherings, and good friends getting away for the weekend! Make your reservation now for next year! A $50 deposit on VISA/MasterCard will hold your reservation. Must be 21 years of age.

Bunk House Rates:
4 persons
$100 per night
$20 per extra person

Bunk house comes with fresh linins for each registered guest.

 
Reservation and deposit equal to 50% or the first night, whichever is greater, is required. Balance is due 21 days prior to arrival.


The Bunk house is clean and well-kept and includes the following amenities:
  • All bed linens
  • All paper products
  • All bath linens

Fully equipped kitchens including:

  • Cooking utensils
  • Dishes
  • Pots and pans
  • Crockpot
  • Silverware
  • Coffeemaker
  • Microwave

Outside:

  • Fire ring
  • Charcoal grills
  • Some seating (we suggest you bring your own camp chairs)
  • Picnic tables and benches

  • Restaurant next door

For sportsmen we offer:

  • grocery delivery so you have a fully stocked kitchen upon your arrival
  • breakfast and dinner service next door in the restaurant

Childcare services are also available if pre-arranged

Policies

Cancellation Policy
We are a small, privately owned business.  This allows us to get to know our guests and attempt to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, in any way we can.  We do our best to accomodate every need.
Due to being small, and off the beaten path--it is very difficult to fill a cancellation with little notice. Our cancellation policy is:
Cancellations: If you provide a minimum 21 days notice, your deposit will be refunded less a $50 handling fee per room; if not, your deposit will be forfeited..

  • No refund for early departure.
  • Last minute cancellation of less than 48 hours will result in a charge for ½ the entire length of your stay.

No Smoking
Due to the difficulty of airing out a cabin between guests, we do not allow any smoking. (Michigan Law)

  • Cans are placed outside each door for extinguishing cigarettes smoked outside.
  • Smoking in the cabins will not be tolerated and there will be a $50 cleaning charge applied to the credit card used to reserve the cabin.

NO PETS

 

Arrival/Departure

  •  Check in time is 2pm
  •  Check out time is Noon
  •  If you would like to arrive early or leave late---please let us know in advance!  We are happy to accomodate if we can.
  • Quiet time is 10pm to 8am
     

Housekeeping 

  • Please leave as clean as you found it. 
  • Dishes should be washed. 
  • Excess trash should not be left on the floors and tables.
  • Coffee Pot emptied and filter removed

Misc.

  • Any damage or theft will not be tolerated.
  • You will be solely responsible for all costs related to damages incurred during your stay.
  • We reserve the right to ask any party to leave based on unruly, disrespectful behavior and you will not be issued a refund.
  • We reserve the right to levy a cleaning charge if a cabin is excessively dirty.
